Dawn Gateway Pipeline is a joint partnership between DTE Pipeline Company and Spectra Energy with a planned in-service date of November 1, 2010.

The project is a 21-mile high pressure pipeline connecting Michigan Consolidated Gas Company at Belle River, MI to Union Gas Ltd. at the Dawn Hub. The project uses a combination of new and existing infrastructure.

Dawn Gateway was first announced in September of 2008. The initial open season* held between September 22, 2008 and October 15, 2008 resulted in the sale of approximately 80% of the available capacity, sufficient for Dawn Gateway to prove market support and proceed with the project.
